“I found working with Sarah to be some of the deepest work I’ve ever done. Her attention to detail coupled with her generous heart made me feel like she really understood my history and what I wanted to achieve in my wellness journey.”
“I have never. Had acupuncture before so wasn’t sure what to expect but contacted Sarah after friends said it would help with issues of constipation and pain in my bowels. Sarah made me feel comfortable straight away and it was so easy to discuss all my problems including emotional issues. I found the acupuncture amazing and from the very first session I saw an incredible change. My constipation stopped completely and I felt full of energy. I can’t recommend Sarah too highly – what a fantastic experience!”
“I have had several treatments over the years including acupuncture and was not expecting any dramatic changes, however my sessions with Sarah definitely shifted things in a very positive way much more profounding than I could have imagined. Although I was not seeking treatment for my emotional health and was originally seeking treatment for more physical symptoms manily for my skin, she was able to also use talk therapy and ask deeper questions to try to uncover the root of my ongoing physical issues. Sarah always conducted herself in the most professional manner, keeping me informed of what she was doing throughout all sessions and also displaying compassion and knowledge.”
